Our whole OSLC family is encouraged to participate in this quarter's Brown Bag Event which again benefits The Lord's Cupboard Food Pantry. Please meet on Saturday, January 31 at 11:00am at church to grab and distribute brown paper bags being dropped off at area homes. Then on Saturday, February 7, please meet at 11:00am to pick up and bring filled bags back to church to be sorted for donation. Anyone wishing to participate are welcome to do so! This event does qualify for Confirmation Servant Hours - we thank our students for staying after class on Wednesday, January 21 to staple flyers to the bags. The sign up sheet for all three dates is on the youth bulletin board near the kitchen. In addition to community donations, our church family can to drop off needed items (see list below) into the shopping cart in the fellowship hall by Sunday, February 8.
